- Make sure you have the name and address of the company or other workplace that this is going.

- If they work in a large building, make sure you have the department, room number, or any other information that will help locate them.
- Credit card number and information including number, billing address, security code, and expiration date as well as the phone number and email address of the cardholder.
- The message you would like to send on the enclosure card with the arrangement of your choosing.
