We partner with the best local florists across the country including those nearby Freeman Mortuary to ensure your flowers are delivered with care. We select florists based on their history with us, their quality of work (as seen in pictures and reviews) and their communication with us. We continually monitor and make adjustments to uphold exceptional quality.

If you wish to order through our local florist directly, please contact us and we'll share the name of the florist we would use. Please note, their items available and policies may differ than ours.

At checkout, you can opt to receive delivery confirmation. If you select yes, we'll send you an email and/or text notification based on your preferred method.

If you have that information, provide it in the Special Instructions when placing your order.

Prior to delivery, our local florist calls the hospital to verify the patient is present and can receive the flowers, ensuring they're not in an ICU or an area that doesn't allow flowers.

While a hospital room number/location isn't always necessary to deliver, some hospitals have strict policies and will not accept the arrangement or release patient information without it.

Before delivery, our local florist contacts the hospital to confirm the patient's status. If the patient has been discharged, we'll reach out to you to ask if you'd like to redirect the flowers to their home or cancel the order for a full refund.

If the flowers have already been delivered but the patient was discharged before receiving them, we can redeliver to the patient's home at no extra cost to you.

We are not the gift shop associated with the hospital. We provide flower delivery through a trusted local florist near Freeman Mortuary.

Our delivery charge is $19.99 which is added to the price of the flowers.
