Same day delivery is available until 1 PM in the recipient's time zone. Please order as soon as possible to give us enough time. We typically require 4 to 5 hours for flower delivery, but we may be able to accommodate quicker delivery to Hansen Mortuary.

We partner with the best local florists across the country including those nearby Hansen Mortuary to ensure your flowers are delivered with care. We select florists based on their history with us, their quality of work (as seen in pictures and reviews) and their communication with us. We continually monitor and make adjustments to uphold exceptional quality.

Prior to delivery, our local florist calls the hospital to verify the patient is present and can receive the flowers, ensuring they're not in an ICU or an area that doesn't allow flowers.

While a hospital room number/location isn't always necessary to deliver, some hospitals have strict policies and will not accept the arrangement or release patient information without it.

Before delivery, our local florist contacts the hospital to confirm the patient's status. If the patient has been discharged, we'll reach out to you to ask if you'd like to redirect the flowers to their home or cancel the order for a full refund.

If the flowers have already been delivered but the patient was discharged before receiving them, we can redeliver to the patient's home at no extra cost to you.

We are not the gift shop associated with the hospital. We provide flower delivery through a trusted local florist near Hansen Mortuary.
