I told the funeral home director, when a client (remotely) orders flowers you only hope and trust the delivery will match your wishes. I am an objective (sometimes tough) grader and would say that I was VERY pleased to see the flower basket at my cousin's memorial service. It was very nicely done

The recipients were very happy with the arrangement and commented on how beautiful they were. The flowers definitely were appreciated and made a difficult time a little bit easier. Some flower species were not available from our original selection, but the florists did a nice job of tasteful substitution.
