While it was disappointing that the flowers I ordered were unable to be delivered I very much appreciated that the company did not deliver because the original plant did not look well. I was called and texted to let me know there would be a substitute plant delivered instead and also sent an email- exceptional customer service. I would use this florist again

Although I did not see the arrangements my daughter did. She did send me pictures. She said they were beautiful, and the pictures she sent were beautiful. Also thank you very much for separating the cards for each arrangement. Especially when there is a death and your head is not in the right place. I ordered this flowers late the night before the funeral and they arrived in plenty of time. Sorry if you were running around to get these orders out. I really appreciate all you've done !!!
